Dr Ram Machlev is an expert in machine learning and diagnostics for energy and power systems, with over a decade of experience in both industry and academia and more than 30 published journal papers. He led the Algorithms and Data Team in the battery diagnostics and prognostics group at the General Motors Technical Center Israel, where his team developed advanced algorithms that leverage battery sensor data to detect anomalies, support vehicle health management, and enabled early identification of battery hazards. Ram Holds a Ph.D. from the Technion, where he also serves as a lecturer and researcher fellow in the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
