Since 2023, there has been a systematic adoption of large language models (LLMs) specifically tailored to judicial requirements and legal terminology. In Europe, these 10 years have been mainly taken up by debates, soft and hard regulations, and limited experimentation.
Just recently, AI has entered the European judicial sector, mainly through the ubiquitous generative AI. Comparing Brazilian and European experiences helps to understand how AI has changed and will continue to change judicial systems....
